This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you may provide in the "Pikvita" mobile application ("Mobile Application" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services") is collected, protected, and used. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information. This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Pikvita Technologies Private Limited ("Pikvita Technologies Private Limited'', "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Mobile Application and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

1. Automatic collection of information

When you use the Mobile Application, our servers automatically record information that your device sends. This data may include information such as your device's IP address and location, device name and version, operating system type and version, language preferences, search queries in the Mobile Application, access times and dates, and other statistics.

Information collected automatically is used solely to identify potential cases of abuse and to establish statistical information regarding the use of the Mobile Application and Services. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that would identify any particular user of the system.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and payment information. We also collect usage information, including app activity, device details, IP address, and browsing behaviour within the Services. In addition, we may collect any voluntary information you provide, such as feedback, survey responses, or other information you choose to share.

We process transactions and payments securely and communicate with you regarding your account, orders, or promotions, where you have provided consent. Pikvita is not responsible for the data practices or content of these third-party services, and we recommend that you review their privacy policies before sharing any information.

By providing your personal information and using our Services, you consent to its collection, use, and disclosure in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You may manage your communication preferences and opt out of receiving non-essential communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in our messages.

12. User Data Deletion

You can delete your personal information (such as name, address, etc.) that we hold and withdraw your consent for us to use your data. You can do this by emailing us at support@pikvita.com. We will process your request and take action to delete your data within 48 working hours of acceptance. In some cases, we may be required by law to retain certain information.

13. User Account Deletion

You can delete your Pikvita user account within the Pikvita App settings through the Delete Account option at the bottom of your account settings page. You would once again need to enter your information, as all app-related data that your account held would be deleted. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be non-compliant with the Terms of Use or our other policies.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on the Mobile Application or website along with the revised date. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your consent to the updated Privacy Policy.
